maker for Eik Banki
Eik Banki P/F. and Saga Capital Investment Bank hf. have signed a new market making agreement. According to the agreement, Saga Capital acts as market maker on NASDAQ OMX Iceland for shares issued by Eik Banki.
Saga Capital will submit daily bid and offer quotes for the shares in the NASDAQ OMX Iceland trading system. The amount of each bid and offer quote shall be a minimum of 100 shares at a price
determined by Saga Capital at any given time. The maximum bid/offer spread shall not exceed 3.0% and the difference from the last price shall not exceed 4.0%. Saga Capital is obligated to provide
liquidity for up to 500 shares each day.
The purpose of the agreement is to facilitate trading and provide liquidity in the Company's shares on NASDAQ OMX Iceland and to promote efficient and transparent price formation.
